Whitecote Primary School is seeking a passionate and inspiring EYFS Leader who will drive
excellence across our Early Years provision while teaching in our Reception class. This is an
exciting opportunity for a talented practitioner to shape the experiences of our youngest
children and make a lasting difference.
If you're an enthusiastic and experienced educator who believes in the power of play, the
joy of discovery, and the importance of nurturing every learner, then this is the perfect role
for you! We need someone who can not only create an engaging, inspiring, and safe
classroom environment where our youngest pupils can flourish but also lead our dedicated
Early Years team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our early years provision, fostering a
lifelong love of learning, and ensuring our children take their first exciting steps in school
with confidence.
We need someone with:
• A genuine passion for early years education and an in-depth understanding of the
EYFS framework.
• Proven experience in leading and inspiring an Early Years team.
• The ability to create imaginative and stimulating learning experiences.
• A nurturing and patient approach, ready to celebrate every triumph.
• Effective communication skills to build great relationships with children, parents and
colleagues.
• A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!

This pivotal role comes with a TLR 3, recognising your leadership responsibilities, and
includes a dedicated afternoon release every two weeks to support this valuable work.

2-Year-Old Provision Manager – Little Doves

Are you passionate about giving our youngest children the very best start?
Whitecote Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and experienced 2-Year-Old Provision Manager to lead our Little Doves provision.
We are looking for someone who will make Little Doves a happy, nurturing and exciting place to learn and grow. You will be a fantastic early years practitioner who understands two-year-olds, builds strong relationships with children and families, and leads others by example.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of Little Doves, supporting your team to provide high-quality care and learning and ensuring every child is known, nurtured and supported to thrive.

- an inspiring and supportive team leader
- organised, proactive and able to use their initiative
- committed to safeguarding and high-quality EYFS practice
- excited about developing Little Doves and making a real difference to our children and families
